When will my order arrive?


It depends on the shipping company selected for delivery, as they are responsible for the delivery process. We work with a range of shipping providers in major cities. Typically, it takes from one to three days from the order and confirmation.


Is international delivery available?


Currently, our contracted shipping companies only deliver within the country and to select cities listed on the delivery page. If you wish to arrange delivery outside the country, you can contact our store team via WhatsApp to inquire about product weight information and pricing with international shipping agents not currently registered on the store.


What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?


You should refer to our return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a manufacturing defect that is agreed upon for return, the shipping cost for the company will be charged, along with the return shipping cost for the customer. However, the cost of the product will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.
