Return and Refund Policy:

- Exchange and refund are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products displayed on our store.

- All products offered on our store are eligible for the exchange and refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in the original packaging.

- Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us through the "Contact Us" page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please photograph the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to be exchanged for another product in case the product is defective or has a specific defect, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product description on our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations of product use by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.

- A 30% deduction or a value not less than 25 Dirhams will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and there are no defects or any notable issues.
